Sure.  I'll take you up on that offer if I'm not devoid of eyesight by then.  Just remember to pluck all the dried, hairy boogers out of the pages.  But the fact that it's been on my reading list for 10 years shows just how eager I am to get to it.

The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt. About to rip my eyes out it is soooo... I'm sure her name is misspelled, it should be Trite.
But my daughter liked it and gave it to me for X-Mas and I don't have the heart to quit, I have to be ready to discuss intelligently when she asks me if liked such and such a character.

Is "hot new author" a synonym for cliché savvy hack?
