I bought one of those Ben Sherman G9s last year and it's actually a nice jacket. Probably the best harrington other than Baracuta. It's 100% cotton (not the blend that most repros use) and has the back umbrella vent open like the Baracuta. Fit is very good, slim throughout body and sleeves, it might even have a better fit than my Baracuta Slimfit G9. (heresy I know)
Thanks for the Ben Silver heads up Interested Observer!!
I've been looking for the dark red on sale for a LONG time and here it is, one left in my size!!! You rule ok
I picked one up at Silver as well. The "navy" blue is a medium blue. I think there's an even darker blue. But I like the G9 "Navy".
edit: I think the red -- a James Dean red no? -- fits the Thick as Thieves (or as those of in the know call it simply "Thiefs") aesthetic.

Baracuta makes a "slimfit" that is different than the "classic"... the armholes are a tad higher, sleeves a bit slimmer. It's not "tight" slim but slimmer than a normal G9. My navy is a 'slimfit' model, and yes you're right they also have a dark navy. I do like the classic navy tho. I believe in the japanese market Baracuta refers to the slimfit as "vintage cut"
