I don`t suppose you can send me a copy of the Mark wahlberg edition.

100 ways to look and act like a gentleman- this type of information I could do with-The best I ever learnt was " you can tell a lot about a man by his shoes"

I generally find all you can tell about a man by his shoes is if he has big feet or not.

... ... ...

Note that in the first version, there was no need to instruct their readers in how to 'look and act' like gentlemen; it was, after all, Gentlemen's Quarterly. Now it's just Guy's Quarterly, or, even, Gay's Quarterly smile

I bet that 1959 issue is AMAZING inside.  "The New Continental Look"....sounds better than the latest issue of Hustler

This is very interesting, and I hope there are more to be posted.
How far that magazine has moved, from its origins.

I like Bob's jacket very much.
And again a BD collar the likes of which we don't see today.
Great pics & a great thread - Thanks.

How odd, that man in the blue leisure suit, the "corporate guerilla" is surround by nicely dressed men.  of course any one of those guys would look "guerilla" in todays work environment.
