Postal Problem!

On the 2nd of this month I purchased a shirt from The Armoury, 3 days later I got a call from the delivery guy asking if I was home. I informed him I was at work and he said he'd leave it with the post office to collect. The tracking update hasn't added any information since the 5th which simply states "delivery unsuccessful, parcel being held and addressee will be notified".  Since then I've been notified of zip. Has anyone been in this situation? I'm hoping its bogged down in customs. I've sent the postal service used an email but no reply of yet. I'm starting to fear the worse, what are my rights with regards to claiming back my beer tokens? I used paypal. Can I claim it back from the Armoury or the postal service used?

Re: Postal Problem!

Yeah, two days from Hong Kong to Norway. Ten days from my local Post Office to my front door. To tell me to collect it. On the bright side...no duty.
