You know I love black cap toe shoes. Do you know what sort of calf leather was used for these shoes?

I don't know what sort of calf leather was used, but it would be quality wholegrain calf for sure. Yes, black captoes are perhaps my favourite styles.

Btw, I found out that Japan's best maker (according to sources) speaks perfect English. I know you like his shoes, so it is only a matter on a plane flight to see him and for fittings etc.  Shoes are well priced too, about $4,600 for calf in aussie dollars, so maybe 4K in USD.
