Thanks.  This has my interest.  I love that color and the look of the finish.  I might have to invest at some point.  Would love to check out the navy blues as well.

Thank you for the report. I received samples from Fox of this cloth and was concerned that the trousers wouldn't hold a crease. Also what is your opinion of the durability of the cloth?

Great review Jeeves.
Love the diamond weave, which resembles the diamond Solaro gabardine. In the flannel's case it adds interest and depth, unlike on the gabardine, where I think the diamonds look kind of quirky.

Yeah, Smiths/Woodehouse Solaro, although Guabello and Loro Piana make similar cloth.

Apologies for resurrecting a very old thread, but I'd be very interested in hearing how the lightweight flannel has held up. I am considering to have an odd jacket made from either the 11oz worsted flannel or this diamond weave, but would first want to know how they wear, whether they wrinkle badly, etc.
