Hi, for those of us interested in the link of Ivy to 1950s Soho, London the new biography of Francis Bacon is on Radio 4 and well worth listening to.  In the first episode it took in French House, Colony Room, Johnny Deakin, Daniel Faron's pub on Isle of Dogs, Lucien Freud etc.   Evocative of an era.
