The last Rat Pack member standing is gone.
From what I've seen those guys wore a variety of styles...sometimes more on the trad side, sometimes the late 50s "Continental" look (per Esquire, anyway), sometimes more Italian. A well-styled bunch, generally. But foremost...they were cool.
And of course, the longevity of some of the Pack's members puts common parlance on the detrimental effects of heavy drinking, smoking, and womanizing at least slightly in question.

The rat-pack were always well shod...many times in highend shoes. The J&M handmades and Artioli were some of the shoes that these blokes wore on their feet.
I got drunk with him a few times in the late 70's; he was a friend of my buddy's father. He was a really great guy, an old school raconteur. He often ended his Rat Pack stories with the disclaimer, "If you quote me, I'll deny it." He worshiped Dino and didn't care much for Frank.
"I got drunk with him a few times in the late 70's" - Anything that begins this way is golden!
Great post, Tommy -
Best,
j.
