I only just got my Herringbone back today, having not been able to drop into the Tailors before last week. He actually complemented the construction of the jacket and said it was very easy to work with. I then wore it while out with some consultants and several of my colleagues actually complemented it at different locations. Being that I work for the railway, many of them don't hold back if they want to take the piss, this would of been genuine which is a good sign they also look good to the 'modern' eye.
Considering these are less than the cost of a new Keydge, let alone Southwick I think people should look to support Chris and Lloyd if they're in the market for a new sack.
I am kind of thirsty for one of these, but they just don't go small enough. That and I have never been to Facebook.
Chris - Any plans for smaller sizes in the future?

Ox - No plans for sizes smaller than 38" chest at present, but if there is a demand we will meet it.
Tommy, pleased to hear that you are happy with your jacket. Hopefully the next run of jackets will be with us in the next week or so.

Chris H - That makes sense. I have found myself looking at these sport coats over an over. Very nice. Even if I am 100% honest the only thing that I can say that I would not choose a triple patch on the grey herringbone. Oh, and one in my size That is high praise!

Had a lovely time with Chris and Lloyd today, their small 'Ivy oasis' is well worth a trip over the river.
I got to check out some swatches of fabric for future projects, looking very interesting.
Got myself a great sharkskin mac (with a removable lining) for the coming winter
and a H&J jacket in blue and it's an absolute corker
Roll on the next batch.
Good to see you last week Acton.......just put up some really cheap ties including a Rooster on FB.

Just a quick note to let you all know the latest run of 3-patch sack jackets are now available. Details on our Facebook page.
I cant see anything Chris ? the last post i can see is about the jackets from July.
New photos will be posted on Thursday. Jackets are the same style as the first batch with one or two small tweaks. There are pics of swatches of most of the fabrics available now.
Curious what the small tweaks are!
I'm excited for mine.

Looks very nice. Appealing display too!
As ever it was a delight to pop across the Thames to visit Chris and Lloyd.
I picked one up today, the 'steve mcqueen' check pictured above, and it's a very lovely thing indeed
The 'donegal' in the top picture looks even better in the flesh, the coloured flecks in the fabric are very subtle and give it a lovely look/texture.
There's also a brown dogtooth checked (not pictured) in limited sizes that was an absolute knock out too.
A truly great addition to the modern 'Ivy' clothing cannon, run by two great gentlemen who really know their onions.
I fancied the McQueen PoW, but someone grabbed the 38 in pre-release! grrrr.
They look lovely, that gun club is rather nice too.
We might still have one available Tom PM me if you are interested.

Ha, I've a POW H&J in the post too: going by the earlier batch, it'll be a cracker. But if there's ever an FNB AGM, we'll have to do some advance planning to avoid looking like we're all going to a Steve McQueen convention
Chris - Are the measurements exactly the same as the first batch ? (they're in this thread a few pages back) ?
