Depends how constructed the shoulders are. Write to the seller and ask. If 18" (approx. size 40) is a tailored fit for you, not leaving much room for flexibility, then it's not worth the risk. If you're somewhere between a 39-40 and the shoulders are natural and unstructured, it might work.
