Ha! I am definitely much more of a 44 or 45 than a 43.
/\ I am liking what I am reading ....
After major finds by a whole slew of you not even counting Ollie, is it even worth mentioning the apparently mint Brooks Makers blue end-on-end stripe on white broadcloth short-sleeved button-down shirt I just received, which cost $13?
It is so nice and it helps me achieve the goal of acquiring many good Ivy ocbds and the like, which I set when I started studying WM's amazing Tech Ivy yearbook photos.
An instant staple for my most formal occasions.
It's like Shaft's Big Score ... Stan's Big Score!

That's a damn fine looking suit you got there, McD.
Oh wow! Right up my street. Jammy so-and-so…!
Well done, Woof. Hope they fit.
They come up small.
Tried most of them on over the years. Really dug the engineers sweater but never felt like taking it or any of them home.
Damn, so I should've sized up to a 40?
I guess I can probably return it if the fit doesn't work out... I hope so!
Oliver - That is STColumba. He has a great style. He is actually the gentleman that gifted me the salmon Spirit of Shetland sweater. You are correct, not much room for a tie. Great looking sweater.
Tom, I love you man but that is the most hideous looking thing I've ever laid eyes upon... it looks like a crochet pattern from a 1990's special edition glow in the dark pog!!!
Ha, I can see your point Oli but I think it will work - have faith brother.
Tom, i have always loved your work but with this shirt you are about to cross the Rubicon in my opinion.
I am currently taking anti bio-tics and pain killers due to an infected tooth and as result of this print madness
i am going back to the doctors to ask for some anti depressants.
To me, this sits in the same spectrum as madras and paisley et al - yes, pretty aggressive visually and i'm sorry it's causing the tooth more pain - let's see how it goes when I wear it - roll on February.
Brave move Tom.
I applaud your huge hangin' plums.
Jivy jivy jivy ivy !!
