Re: Watch Caps -

Uncle Jack -indeed why not? -I found a super little company who make a fab beanie hat that is waterproof but breathable - perfect for winter mornings on the hills and fells with it having a porelle liner also stops the itching that can often ocour with a full wool hat ( the appearance of having headlice can be off putting to some people you know- as you scratch away at the old bonce.

Another fave of mine is - a hat that gives all the appearance of rag wool but is actually a combination of wool and ecospun which I believe is a by product of recycling plastic beverage containers I also believe that rampant rabbit sex toys can be recycled in this way  ( we all have to do our little bit for the enviroment you know?)

Re: Watch Caps -

There's a company that makes a US Mil spec. watch cap that's pretty good.  In black.  All wool.  Found at many Army/Navy stores on the east coast.

Gloverall makes 100% wool one, made in UK.  Saw it in the STP catalog.  Not bad.

Very nice with a Pea coat / Reefer jacket. IMHO.
