Re: NASA Ivy

I think if I wanted to capture or take 'my look' off somewhere it would be into some of this kinda stuff. I'm already into the sportswear side of things, the more laid back beachwear for the summer, could see myself wearing a flight jacket and plenty of the Ivy side of my wardrobe. Maybe even some service or redwing style work boots sometimes as well, waiting till my current timberland moc boots collapse and then I'll have a look in that direction.

Re: NASA Ivy

Seen some of those, but not all, I think.  In any event, well worth repeating if so.  Such great shots.  Aside from their massive testicular fortitude, they were apparently normal guys... quite down to Earth.

I'll show myself out....

Re: NASA Ivy

Plus he's posted pictures of items from my Etsy shop.  But that's fine by me.

Re: NASA Ivy

Actually, it's neither of them. Getty Images caption says: "Astronaut Edward H. White II gives fellow astronaut James A McDivitt a make-believe injection from a large syringe during a light moment in pre-flight physical examinations. Both flew in the Gemini 4 mission. June 2, 1965."

Anyway, those guys clearly loved their popovers.
