Interesting that MS has a clientele in the UK, given the nationalistic preference for the local Jermyn St and Savile Row shirtmakers. Then again, it's actually homecoming as MS had been recruited to train SR tailors many years ago when his original reputation centered on being an internationally renown bespoke tailor, prior to deciding to focus on shirts.
I would think there is a definite market for his work in the UK. Italian style has a serious following despite the impression people like to give that it is all Savile Row and Jermyn Street. The stereotypical market would be the younger high-flyers in the creative arena at work and more broadly for socialising where you want something a bit more hip than your work clothes. In the UK clothes tend to have a fairly well defined role, particular styles for particular classes and activities and foreign styles like Italian or Ivy let you sidestep the straitjacket a bit.

Cruz, that is a beautiful shirt but the collar is amazing. It has more of a roll than the button-down collar I have from MS, a bit like the Brooks Brothers collar.
Marc,
You have the same collar design as Cruz. However, the bottoms on your shirt are set lower. If you raise the bottoms your shirt will have a roll similiar to Cruz's shirt.

Pure Mimmo, below, regarding crap shirts and, ultimately, the pleasure, and pitfalls, of a MS shirt...
After dinner we headed to Mimmo Siviglia, a very famous Italian tailor, close to the Termini Station. I think we used 40-45 min. to walk from the hotel. Mimmo, his wife and his daughter are all tailors and they make bespoke shirts for men. T had made an appointment before we went to Rome and when we came, Mimmo and his daughter Francesca waited for us. It was 2,5 interesting hours. The old man didn?t like T?s shirt, which is a shirt from Hilditch and Key, he even said it was horrible!!! T had to try a sample shirt and at once he had gotten it on, we saw what the old man meant. Oh my God, I am afraid T will never wear a shirt that is not bespoke again!

I can confirm, from personal experience, that Hilditch & Key shirts are, indeed, shit.
