Re: Hello from new members.

We have met the Hensel twins and are members of an International support network with them , they are really very lovely girls and are great company and their individuality personalities really stand out.
It is good news when articles like this  show us in a possitive light rather than been treated as circus side show freaks as Chang and Eng Bunker were by PT barnum.

Thankyou for posting the link to Abigail and Brittany.

Re: Hello from new members.

Peter & Paul,

how do you feel, sharing the same post count? Or should we divide it by two and attribute half to Peter, and half to Paul

Re: Hello from new members.

We don`t really mind, we sit side by side on a double seat and as far as replying to posts go, we just slide the computer key board back and forth between us.

It`s Peter typing now by the way.

Paul is far more into modern technology, than I am, and he enjoys participating at Howard forums, a website devoted to modern mobile phone technology and the sharing of information, I don`t participate there, as it`s all a bit over my head.

I like to participate in online discussion of bird watching, so it is I who undertakes the conversation on the twitching forums, although we are both members of the RSPB.

Re: Hello from new members.

P2 -

A few of us are meeting for lunch in Cheltenham this Saturday - We are eating early (12.30pm) up in 'The Suffolks' and are then moving on to the race course where Mr Bell-Drier has connections for the rest of our modest little get-together.

You would both be very welcome to join us for drinks if that would be possible for you. I can PM all the details.

My best to you both -

jack.

Re: Hello from new members.

The meeting went very well, thankyou Jack. After much negotiating with financiers we have managed to gain funding to establish a business that will be involved in the implemention, design and manufacture of motorcycles and sidecars, which have not been as popular in recent years as they once were.

The business is a 50/50 partnership and we will be joint managing directors.

Re: Hello from new members.

Peter and Paul, a belated welcome from me I`m affraid.

I must say I like that you two don`t play on your situation for sympathy and are able to laugh along and Joke about it, very British.

You just get on with the task in hand no matter the circumstances, well done.

If there is any thing I can ever do for you just PM me, please don`t feel I am being charatible, I`m not ,and besides I don`t think you two need charity, you have too much pluck and determination for that, but EVERYONE needs a helping hand occasionaly.

Best regards

TB-D
