Thank you very much, Yuca - that "balls"-pic is very late 1930s to 1940s inspired, so probably that is what is appealing to you - and those trousers are very high waist

second pic also features quite high rising chinos - this is of course much more 1980s/90s prep than everything else. But quite a good and useful look.
