I don't really want to wade into the mess here, but if your tailor is going to add a lapel buttonhole/boutenniere hole, I would suggest that he not make it a keyhole button, or, worst case, if he must do a keyhole style, at least the keyhole be on the outside of the lapel, not the inside as on your first jacket -- that looks very odd.
