Sack suit, rise

Dear Alums,

What does the rise, of your sack suit, measure ?

Looking at an, Andover now the rise seems, to large at, 14".

Is it made, to wear  field hockey protection , underneith ?

13 inches on mine.  The legs are too loose for me right now, but thats gonna be remedied come payday.

Unrelated, but whenever I see the title of this thread, I read it as "Sack suit, Rise!"
