Shoe Creams.

Are they all much the same?

I've got some Russian calf shoes and have just seen that there is a Cordovan Cream made. The stuff I've used is just a normal leather cream but  brings them up to a nice shine. I'm wondering, should I be using stuff made for Cordovan as I believe that leather is similar, or is it a bit of a con and a normal cream is going to be just as good on them?

Re: Shoe Creams.

Thanks Shooman,
I have the Black Boot "high shine cleaner" jar.  Leaves a really good shine after polishing off.  Though I always put another cream on afterwards. The guy in my favorite shoe shop recommended it. I'll see what else they have in the range in the shop.
