New Bob Shad compilation.
Grant Green Idle Moments
Mellowed me out after my trawl through the infamous thread in NSFW that shall not be named.
Jean De Fleur - greatest track on that album.
I read someone describe the first track as like nodding off on heroin, or what he imagined it was like.
Dave Pike - Jazz for the Jet Set (1966)

The first track of A Blowin Session. Johnny Griffin lights a fire behind him and Coltrane is in his own universe as usual. Mobley has a tough time keeping up at first, but once he settles in it's unreal. Plus the lineup is pretty unbeatable. I might trade in McCoy for Wynton Kelly, but that's really nitpicking.

Good for a summery morning
No offence but that sounds like the type of music you'd get with one of those free Daily Mail CDs
