I'd just go by the label size (assuming the shirt hasn't shrunk, which very rarely happens). Half sleeve Makers are invaluable during the summer months. That one is a little tatty on the front so maybe you could haggle with them. If you don't get stung by customs and the shipping isn't too bad then it will be well worth it.

I find Makers tend to last almost forever. Even ones I have bought that were on their last legs and that I've then worn regularly for years still look ok.
