BB - on top form at present.
LeeLo - keeping it sharp and simple with that grey/black rig.
Kyle - congrats on a great first ISFT post!
Love the texture of your suit woof, to say nothing of that beautiful scarf. Some vaguely turco-persian influences to the pattern, very very cool.
Thanks, Berk and Woof.
Woof, I'm gonna side with Berk and favor the smaller knot. You should try the four-in-hand instead of the half-Windsor. The overall outfit is exceptional as it is, though.
When I tie a 4 in hand, I put thumb and finger on either side of the knot and pull down. Makes a slightly narrower point, more pronounced dimple, and wider / broader neck. Then tug on the short sword to get it up to the collar again. Doesn't come loose.
But also, I think lined ties in a smooth silk are more prone to come loose.
FIH knot looks good, woof. I use the same technique Berk mentioned above to get a nice knot with a dimple. I'm really enjoying the combo you put together this go around. Especially that vintage Bean sportshirt. The colors in that plaid are beautiful.
