Love the whole outfit, Cap.
What are the details?
Gentlemens..
Ebbets Field Caplet
Golden Bear of San Fran Man varsity type thingy with an "OPEN BOTTOM" I believe they call it on their site? My back door remains permanently closed mind thanks for asking..
Real McCoys '41 Chino - now I'm no real fan of any of this fancy Made in Japan shizzle but credit where credit's due..these are superb for me..a 14.5 rise..a 11.5 leg opening..and very nice quality blah blah blah.
New Balance 576 Made in England - I'm currently enjoying the UK ones more than the US...on the NB front but they're all just so comfy and I've gone off so much footwear now that sneaks be a lot of fun to wear again.. obviously I'll have to buck my ideas up nex time I'm in a 3/2...
Still no Daim Bar meanwhile....

@Woof: didn't recognise your post ealier this week. Great tie! I like the whole combination very much...
pictures are well beyond technical capacity but today is:
Sero East Indies oxford bd, deep salmon, NOS USA ;
Andover Shop navy worsted flat-front trousers USA, uncuffed, had them since the early '80s and they still fit, recently had them taken up a bit after thinking about it since '83, but I didn't want to rush into any rash tailoring decisions but I think it was for the best because they do look good now
Alden dark tan leisure handsewn moccasin penny loafers USA
forgot/didn't bother with the belt today
why the nice clothing instead of the usual basketball shorts, long-sleeved cotton t-shirt, and sneakers?
because I don't want to disrespect the tailor whom I'm on my way to see and also it's relatively cool here at the moment
/\ remarkable day, the town is full of people here for some big music festival, plus the locals are generally pretty freaky on their own, and so just a decent ocbd, pair of worsted plain-fronts, and a pair of real shoes really stands out ... I wish I had been wearing a suit and tie with some psychedelic geometric foulard today but I didn't need to so I didn't but
I was thinking about the specific cuts, fit, and color of the trousers and shirt and I realized that inadvertently I was very Mod today, especially since my hair is still pretty short after my haircut a couple of weeks ago ..... weird for me since I usually default to slightly baggy cotton for coolness but these old pants are kind of tapered and narrow, and the deal was Mod to my surprise
the NOS shirt was an eBay or Etsy find, the 35-year-old pants were discovered during spring cleaning, and I dug this particular pair of Aldens out too after not seeing them for like four years
