Baseball cap

Some days my hair is a complete mess and I need to wear a cap. I have a plain NY with a strap in the back, but it's getting kinda boring and I'm after a new one. I looked at Ebbets Field and though they look nice they have the strap in the back, which I DON'T want.
I haven't seen many pictures of baseball caps worn much in the 60s, and I'm pretty sure that it's not on the most sought-after ivy items list. I want a solid plain cap with the team name on the front and nothing else; no strap, no New Era logo on the side, nothing in the back. Is there any other options than Ebbets?

Some help to find a plain one?

Re: Baseball cap

In addition to all the advice above, take a little time to figure out what your ball cap size is. For example, 7 1/4" and so forth. I don't like the adjustable straps.

Re: Baseball cap

I think a lot of European suppliers only really offer the strap backs because obvs they don't have to carry the full inventory.

Sancho check out their website they do an offer of 3 caps for 99 dollars. Near enough a 3 for 2

You can play a shoestring if you're sincere.

Some fitted here, but shipping to Europe is only $15 I believe and my trip arrived very quickly and was helped by a $10 off code.

Re: Baseball cap

Thanks for the feed guys!

The Ebbets caps I have looked at was from a swedish site and all of those were strapbacks. Wonder why they don't have anyone without.

Tommy: send some pic if you get the chance. Would love to see.

Ideal Caps is the successor of the late Cooperstown Ballcap company.

They'll do a fitted plain cap. I got one for fishing, it's fine.

They do adjustables too. If you're like me, with bushy hair that grows fast, sometimes adjustable is the way to go.

Re: Baseball cap

Great link Tommy, thanks... Shipping from Australia to USA is a pain, I just did it actually, but the exchange rate favors the USD so it's always tempting...
