I need to get a new pair of blucher mocs, or maybe even some camp mocs..but I have to say I find bean shoes to be seriously uncomfortable to walk in for long periods even with a support something about footbed doesn't work for me, hence chucking out my old pair after finally accepting they weren't going to ever be ok. I have the same issue with Merrell, I don't know if anyone else finds this

I've had some Quoddy blucher mocs for about 3 years, which I picked up cheaply off ebay... £50 I think? Only thing is they're a little big so have mostly seen just use during the season's I can wear thicker socks with. They are a seriously comfortable pair of shoes though.
Never been able to find any Camp Moc's and now LL Bean have put the prices up beyond what I think I'd pay for a lair of shoes that are to be beat up.
Very muted and tasteful FXH and nice to see you 'round these parts.

My wife just walked passed and asked "is that man sitting on the toilet?"
To which I responded, "yes."
To which she replied, "right...."

Re the blucher moc conversation above - have any of you tried the Alden ones from their Cape Cod collection? I have the beefroll penny loafers from that line, and absolutely love them. While Alden is a bit of a jump in price from Rancourt, they're probably comparable to Quoddy's rates, no?
And to B_B's point - definitely have my eye on the Rancourt Weltline & Crepe Sole Beefrolls for the summer myself!
