I don't know if anyone has noticed, but both SAB and Pickett have increased their prices dramatically over the past 12 months.

I always liked a nice attache case if only to accidentally whack an overly aggressive leg on NYC subways. Foster and Sons always made a nice case.

Attachee cases have somewhat come out of fashion. Young men used to dress like middle age "career men" to look respectable, now its the other way round.

Am surprised that Crompton doesn't come up with some "handcrafted bespoke custom-made backpack" made from this and that Super299 fabric in most tasteful shades of brown, to go along with his corduroy suit.
