I have been buying RTW shirts from them for the past few years and I have been impressed with the fabric compared to say the junk they sell at Pink or Tyrwhitt. Does anyone know if they are still using Silverline for their RTW? I am appalled at the Tyrwhitt fabric, seems it is junk from China. It is sad when they claim they are Jermyn Street.

Do you mean Harvie & Hudson? One of the few Jermyn St. firms still under family ownership, although I found their collars as stiff as cardboard.

yes, harvie and hudson. their collars can be stiff, but they are non-fused which i like. i don't understand why americans love fused collars.

I've been a customer in the past for their bespoke. I'd probably do so again if I got over to London with any regularity; I've also bought a bit of New & Lingwood RTW and might try their bespoke had I the option.
At the time, H&H did what I thought were really very lovely monograms. This was pre-Internet Gentleman Era.
