Heads up for an Iglese shirt on ebay. Seller had 4 or 5 up the same design, this size went through with no bids and is relisted. Could be a bargain for someone...

Looks great - I bought a bunch of their button-downs during the No Man Walks Alone sale, as they were competitively priced with Mercer (my usual shirt) at that point. Looking forward to trying them out when they arrive!

Good stuff, every shirt I've had from them has been top notch in fabric, coupled with the handwork I just can't see their shirts being bettered. That stitching across the yoke and shoulders is lovely. I know what you mean about wearing them on their own.
Mr. Inglese is very customer minded and would be happy to alter the standard pattern for you I'm sure. I've had things "tweaked" by him. Really good guy and goes the extra to make sure you get what you want. Inshort-service is as good as product. Its just the damn customs thats the con for me. If the shirt is 250 euro I'll get hit for another 100 on top at least. Horrid people.
