Saturday night was Steak Night, where we were served a slice from the rump of some elderly animal. The other option was two things of Dannon yogurt and some grapes and stuff.
The "steak" reappeared during the following week in various guises. The penultimate appearance was Death Loaf, and for the grand finale they took the uneaten slabs of loaf, smothered them with tomato sauce and melted cheese, and dubbed it "El Ranchero."
