I'm probably well behind the times; these have only just come to my attention; I don't quite know what to make of them. Quite a big reduction in price (at Chiltern Street). I went off the 'Harrington' jacket years ago but something in a light shade of blue (unlined, I think) caught my eye the other day and brought back certain memories. Tweed seems an awful long way from those dreadful black knock-offs I remember from the 70s, worn by every silly little shit looking to give someone a kicking. So, on balance I'm glad these are on offer - but do they appeal to the UK buyer? I remember being at Russell Street once when an Italian chap came in to buy a Baracuta, saying how much cheaper they were than back home. I suppose they might have a slightly more continental appeal.
