By formal, you mean wearing a tux at all times? As long as it's natural shoulder (not necessarily vintage) I see no problem.

Actually we have 3 moderators already. One of whom is present whilst the other 2 are AWOL (hopefully not MIA). I'm sure if the other 2 are needed they can be called in. So far no moderation has been necessary as far as I know, so let's not create work.

I've had no problem deleting messages. Posting images or quoting old posts is, unfortunately, still a pipe dream.

When I try to delete anything, I get some computer gibberish about unauthorized sources. Navigate this, navigate that. Bollocks to it.
