My last thread of the week, gentlemen, I promise you.
Saks have never seemed to figure much on here.  I bought the heavy, cable-knit, Shetland, v-neck sports sweater from someone in the US on Ebay years ago, before the shipping charges went through the roof.  I'm fairly sure I've read somewhere on here that Cable Car (another name JFM denigrated) offered them and that they were highly expensive.  Anyway, mine is Saks - made in Hong Kong - no idea how old it might be.  It was tucked away in the back of the wardrobe for most of the year but now seems perfect.  A quick wash on the wool cycle - lovely. 
Anyone own anything similar?  Or anything at all from Saks?
