A lot of people know his work for the movies, particularly for Hitchcock, yes? That combination of Bernard Herrmann's music and Saul Bass's titles makes even me - no major fan of Hitch's American output in comparison with 'The Thirty Nine Steps' or 'Sabotage' - give a slight shudder of anticipation. In fact, I might buy another copy of 'North By Northwest' in time for Christmas. The lady is always worth seeing again, as is Martin Landau.
