I think there was a mention in another thread regarding Hardy & Johnson jackets, If anyone is interested I have a Blue wash&wear H&J ( size 40") , that I bought from them in 2017, I've never worn the jacket as it's just a bit tight across shoulders & pits for me, and these days it's all about comfort for me,
Not sure if the jacket specifications that were on the H&J facebook page are still available,
If anyone is interested please PM me, I'd be happy to take some photos and jacket specifications and email to you,

I've tried to post the H&J sizes but doesn't allow me to paste properly.

Staxfan I'm tempted as 40 was my size but I've put on a 'bit of timber' in the last few months so suspect jacket might be too tight for me.

Pleased to advise PPT & I have come to an agreement on the H&J jacket , I'm glad it's going to a good home, hate to see some old git walking around my town wearing it and not realising it's ' Ivy ' !
Robbie may I suggest you take up your running again to shift that timber, hehe ,

I've sadly had to accept that I now need to wear orthotics insoles in my footwear to get any degree of comfort, unfortunately they don't fit into loafers, so if anyone is interested I have 2 pairs of JS x Rancourt loafers in black & dark tan grain, size UK 7.5, and a pair of Florsheim brown suede Yummas, if anyone is interested PM me and I'll let you have more details, otherwise I guess I can put the Rancourts in a glass case and just admire them !

Staxfan - sadly, not my size, but can I ask about the fit of those JS x Rancourt loafers? How do they compare to US weejuns? How wide are they? Much stretch etc?

Hope you don't mind me asking.....weighing up getting a pair as I've STILL breaking in a pair of US weejuns and wondering whether it's worth just getting something made of better leather!

Hi Colin,
It’s a long long time since I had any US Weejuns, I’d say average on the width and they do stretch well, the leather is very soft, they are in a different league to any other loafers currently available IMHO, but of course it comes at a price,

I'm a US 8 in Weejuns I think, and I have some JS Rancourts in UK 7 which fit very well. But mine may be a different batch to Stax's. So I suspect a US8.5 would be right for Stax's UK 7.5.
