… this time on turned up jeans.
I like the length he’s got in the second photo.

Such ANGST.
Years ago he would have been someone who wore a tie to do the gardening.
He's a rather snobbish prat: ''When you see people deliberately wearing jeans with no turn-up, it looks (to me, in my locale, social group, social media group) like more of a look, more done for effect.''
As for still wearing shoes with no socks, even in cold weather, well that's a rather worn-out affectation.
He's run out of road now that the future ain't bespoke suits and jackets from old Napoli and Sicily.
I didn't like that he tried to codify his view of Ivy.
Now he writing about turn-ups on denim. How boring.
I don't know the guy and I'm sure he is kind to small children and old ladies but he appears to me as being a schnorrer
He has to earn a crust and expensive Italian bespoke will not do that these days. So very expensive ready to wear and casual items it is. Plus limited runs of stuff he gets produced from time time.
Three thousand pound casual jackets provide a good margin for favourable reviews.
I don't understand what the fat bloke in a beret is supposed to offer. Not a good look.

You don't have to have a good look to be part of Crappers gang, I mean this is a bloke who struts around in an unbuttoned shirt a la Simon Cowell, he's probably got Cuban heeled cowboy boots.
Fair play to him, he's effortlessly moved from the super bespoke look to New Jersey E-Street Band, On the Waterfront extra and Dexys Midnight Runners band member with ease.
I saw a fat retired bloke in a beret, shortish coat and wide trousers recently. I am sure he was not a fashionista or copying a look though. Just put a beret on during the cold weather.
The world's most expensive geography teacher corduroy jacket features at the moment. Thousands of pounds. Posters still seem interested though.
Correction. It's not thousands of pounds.
It's £795. Still a lot of money but not as bad as I originally stated.
That bloke with the beret has come out with an article about Austrian retirement home shoes. How anyone want to wear these is beyond me.
Crompers was last seen wearing American farmer's garb, must be all the rage in London.

Crompers photographed outside John Simons in recent article.
He has just purchased a crappy shapeless red American boy scouts shirt from there. I kid you not. Comments and questions are interesting -
' I have one , should I remove the badges? '
' will there be evident fading if I remove the badges ? '
Is there a Boy Scout equivalent of 'Stolen Valor' ?
You don't look like you served time in the American Boy Scouts.
Guilty as charged I never made it past the English Cubs. Don't tell the others!
^I went through the ranks of them all, with the exception of the Venture Scouts, Boys Brigade and the Sally Army.
Growing up on the coast I was in the Sea Scouts, it was alright until it was your turn in the barrel.
