2 pairs of slacks (currently being cuffed and having brace buttons installed): one plain charcoal, the other with a small check of charcoal, navy and mid-grey

Just got off the phone with Alden of Carmel -- ordered 3 pair, ulp! Time to replace some weary Florsheims, and seeing as how the CAD/USD exchange rate is likely only going to get worse, I thought I should strike now ... smile

With a bit of luck this afternoon I should be able to pick up a duffle-coat in the January sales. I like them, but the Paddington connotations are difficult to overcome.

Re: What have you Brought today?

I just picked up some Press stuff.  I was disappointed to see that they've a new label.  Did some marketing guy have to justify himself having been hired?

I think I mentioned that I got a pair of the Tassel loafs from Brooks in cordo.  I think they're fab.  Just like on my Ska live LP from days of old.

Saturday I got two more pair of chinos, both cuffed, from Lands End.  I also picked up some more athletic undershirts and gray socks.  Just adding to the basics.

A nice coat from Daks on Jermyn Street in their sale. Dark mossy colour with a faint check and dark green velvet half collar. For casual and dress.

Re: What have you Brought today?

Claudio (DNAg) is a top fellow, I just wish I had easier access to his gear, since with the $/Euro exchange and shipping it makes his shirts fairly expensive.

Bought a lot of stuff in London a couple weeks back:
-Paul Smith x Triumph boots
-Paul Smith Red Ear jeans
-Paul Smith forest green cardigan
-Fred Perry argyle cardigan
-Fred Perry v neck cable knit striped sweater
-Fred Perry waxed cotton harrington
-Fred Perry lt blue s/s buttondown
-Pringle selvedge jeans
-Pringle wool/cashmere l/s shirt
-agnes b burgundy moleskin trouser
-agnes b navy cotton jacket

Pretty set for a while, wallet needs time to heal.

Re: What have you Brought today?

J.Crew black wool "university coat" and blue jeans.  Kudos to JC for offering coats in tall sizes and jeans with various inseams instead of the ubiquitous 34" inseam from other jeans makers.
