This update: RJManboy was recently turned away by Brooks' boys department, who expressed regret that even they could not accommodate his diminutive physique.

Whatever happened to Rowe's of London. Didn't Brooks used to be an importer. Wasn't it Rowe's of Bond Street, where the clothes used to come from. when did they go out of business?

I think I put an excerpt up on a thread in which Sloane Wilson mentioned that when he started working at Time he couldn't afford an "expensive" grey flannel suit, so patronized the Boys Dept. at Brooks and got a pretty good deal.
