Sorry if these are dumb questions, covered buttons - you mean with material same as the suit itself?  What are stepped bottoms?

Either single button peak lapel or double breasted (6x2 button stance) navy or black worsted suit with initial stripes in white that repeatedly read "Blondes Brunettes Redheads".  Maybe with a lining made from two Hermes scarves that I like with a military theme or perhaps a lining with the peace symbol or a heart opierced by cupids arrow. Pants would be standard d-ring side fasteners.

I always wanted this for social occasions.

Thom Browne MTM dark grey
Bespoke 3 piece Ivy sack 3-button with 2.5inch lapels, welted seams, in navy flannel.
And enough madras and seersucker to keep me going for life.
