You have to be used to wearing suits to feel natural wearing them, which is why it is good to get them wearing them early.

Maybe he went to a public school where wearing a blazer and tie wasn't the requirement.

You are lucky to even see him dressed that well. l constantly see him in the financial pages giving big speeches in his usual blue shirt with the sleeves rolled up with no tie. Seeing pics of him wearing a tie is actually quite rare.
