Again, I can see people wearing tweed jackets or wool or cashmere made to look like tweed but the whole suit is a little over the top. Better than seeing someone dressed like a slob, to be sure. But the combination of cashmere tweed jacket and either corduroys or flannels is heavenly.
Also, the choice for what to wear with tweed jackets or suits, or country suits (which probably includes a lot of things, not tweed) like shoes, shirts (and collar styles), ties or ascots or bowties, socks. There are so many things to wear with them that cant be worn for the office, that I wonder if this category didnt become a "Giant vibrator sink" one.
Just for ties, you can choose normal silks, rougher silks, cashmere, wool, wool and cashmere, wool/cashmere/silk, those poplin ties from Atkinsons, kinit, cotton knit, wool knit blah blah blah, am I leaving any out?

What's your heaviest tweed Grayson? (l bet Marc's got pretty heavy stuff; maybe even heavier than FNB)
.......l bet Marc's got a couple of 22 Oz rascals tucked away somewhere.

Ol Chums,
Some beautiful tweeds. Love the brown donegal.
Makes me want to get my pinchers on them and give them a roll.
