Here comes the scruffy guy then:
dark brown Clarks walking shoes, navy socks, dogshit-brown cords, brown belt w. light stitching, navy T, mid-grey crewneck, beige Harrington, black/white houndstooth scarf.
Lots of doggy references in the last couple of posts I see.
Just clothes for work. The Harrington (like the blue blazer is purported to do) does pull it all together and sharpen it up.
^The Harrington is a great piece of clothing. It smartens up your look if your other gear is scruffy, but you can wear it with really smart clothes as well. I'm tempted to buy one more.
I'm wearing:
dark tan longwings
blue jeans with cuffs
blue & white ocbd
off-white v-neck
beige duffel coat
why? for comfort and it's a nice look

It's nearly 70F here today. Rainy, but warm. It's really, actually spring (there were daffodils in the flower beds this AM) so:
3BSB RAF blue suit with light blue bead stripe in a wool/mohair/cashmere blend
White shirt with the silver tiki links (I'd have gone for a fun check, but I have to look a trifle authoritative today)
Pink mogador tie with navy/white BB #1 style stripes.

Brown gator belt
Brown captoe double monks

On holiday, this means gardening unfortunately.
In garden footwear: light poncing about the garden - silver crocs. Heavy poncing about the garden, 10 hole work boots. Poncing about the garden centre: loafers.
Dark jeans, rolled up.
Lemon piqué socks.
Almost exclusively, navy Guernsey. Grey sweatshirt of an evening, because of the cat hair.
