I love the Americans I meet in Paris & I'm hoping to meet more this next trip. They have a laid back & hip edge which we don't see much of on the MBs. They may dress "Trad", but their heads are somewhere else.
The Japanese "Trad" tourists are fantastic too - White/Black P.O.W. check shorty raincoats in 2004? Wow!
