When did you start?
If I join you what should I expect - A monthly/weekly chore?
Any tips to avoid trouble?
Thanks.
i started when i was 18 or so, i shave them every time i shave my face - which is almost every day. just be careful.
As it happens, I don`t find it necessary to shave that part of my anatomy, other areas, yes ears no.
However, I will remember for ever the crestfallen look on Cheekys` face when he returned from the barbers early last year.
When I enquired as to why he looked so miserable, he informed me that the barber had asked him if he would like his eyebrows trimming whilst he was there.
One of Cheekys first indicators that age was creeping up on him.
Clipper trim here. Started a few years ago sadly. In the summer I let it grow a bit, the hairs become bleach blond in the sun
Thanks to all.
Odd how one loses hair from some places yet grows it elsewhere as one gets older.
Some kind of balance of payments deal, eh?
There is a very nice man in my village who has long white hair growing out of the top of his nose. It doesn't bother him and he remains happily married.
Anybody else come across that one?
He's the only chap I know who has it.
My Grandfather (a navy man) was given permission by his then Captain to grow a "set".
He would have been in his mid twentys at the time, he never shaved them off, and died at the age of 82 with them still present ( although he kept them trimmed).
I remember them being pure white with a tinge of orange around the mouth ( nicottene from his pipe smoking), he also had a few long straggly hairs protruding from the centre of his nose.
It all sounds positively repulsive as I write this now, but he was dearly loved and we miss him dreadfully.
Ironically for a navy man, he was baptised with the forename Major. My great Grandparents must have had high hopes for him.
Ear shaving....? The standard of conversation on 'ere is definitely slipping...what next a thread on navel fluff...
