cotton/linen blends

How do people feel about cotton/linen blends for shirts.  I live in Arizona and was thinking cotton/linen blends might be a good way to go for some shirts to wear in the summer.

Re: cotton/linen blends

I've always thought the cotton-linens that my shirtmaker carries  (I believe all from Riva) look awesome, especially the oxford weaves. Interestingly enough, they happen to be the most expensive cotton-based shirtings produced today. I have some cotton-linen short sleeve shirts that I like a lot because they drape nicely and have decent wrinkle resistance and wouldn't hesitate to order more. But on a hot summer day, when selecting what to wear with comfort in mind, I'd be drawn to my voile or lightweight Irish linen shirts.
