Mr Fogey,
your post reminded me of a litte sordid snippet I read recently regarding James Robertson Justice a member of the Thursday club with HRH Phill the Greek- and well known British actor
Robertson Justice was a phillanderer and serial adulterer - at one of the Thursday club meetings when the subject of buggery came up - he proclaimed loudly.
" I was buggered in my first term -with a large crowd of boys watching- it never did me any harm"
I liked the statement very much- a good measure of the man I thought.
