Oh, I am a pretty non-confrontational sort. I just walked over to Macy's and bought a better-looking tie for considerably less money.
I hate Bijan ads. That guys looks like a douche bag. I remember a woman telling her husband at a store once: "Let's get out of here, I'm taking you to Bijan -- those suits are really classy." Ugh.

Ralph Lauren's New York flagship store comes to mind as having one of the chillier
atmospheres--perhaps Ralph can start serving bagels and lox to create a homier
environment--and I assume their California outposts, despite the warmer climate, are equally frosty.
Perhaps Andy can chime in as he was apparently a salesman there.
Regarding Bijan, it strikes me as the less tasteful brother of Stefano Ricci.
