Who would play you?
What would the soundtrack be?
What would the wardrobe be?
J.
I think of this...

Who would play you?
Ron Howard c. 1975 (as in American Graffiti or Happy Days), Judd Nelson c. 1985 (as he looked St. Elmo's Fire), or Chris Eigeman c. 1995 (Barcelona)
Soundtrack?
Cole Porter, The Beach Boys, Marshall Crenshaw, and Fountains of Wayne
Wardrobe?
I like Tom's idea about Brooks though I never experienced it, but it suggests the Ivy League style custom tailored, which might look good on screen.
In the alternative, my own actual wardrobe would be fine, since that's pretty much Brooks-Press anyway.
My Dear Mr Street,
You have submitted a worthy bank of queries to this august assemblage of Gentlemen, and it is my privilege to make an attempt - however feeble - to answer them, to wit:
Who would play one, hum, on the stage one supposes? - well this is a vexing scenario, as it would be disreputable to appear thereon. I would be honoured however if the late Mister Edwin Booth would accept the rôle, were I to be so mortified by its existence.
What would the soundtrack be? Well my dear sir in a fit of merriment I might go so far as to say The Crave, and at all other times, the Aus Liebe of JS Bach's mathauspassion.
The wardrobe, dear Sir - would vary by time of day: tails in the evening, and frock coat in the day-time - with a tall hat on either occasion.
I remain, dear Sirs,
Your Most Obedient and Humble Servant,
Theodore Ebeneezer Alphonsus St Bonar, Esquire

There was a regrettable period when The Dude might have fit the bill nicely:

Every few weeks I am stopped on the street and asked if I am the actor Rainn Wilson. This is not very encouraging, but I guess he'd be the guy. Matt Damon would be a very idealized version of me--not the steely, deadly Jason Bourne MD, but the furtive, weird MD from The Talented Mr. Ripley. He already has the glasses.
Soundtrack would be British Invasion, French Pop, Bossa Nova, pre-disco Bee Gees, and cheesy 60s am radio folk rock.
I would buy Coolidge's soundtrack.
Wardrobe by J Press, LL Bean, Polo, and Brooks Brothers.
Directed by Hal Ashby or Bill Forsythe.

I missed the wardrobe part, is it too late?
I would have my own bastards dress me.
Actor to play moi: John Holmes (he's dead I know).
Soundtrack: Absolutely anything from 70's Blaxploitation films.
Wardrobe: Durex of course.
Ron Jeremy
I shall wear a false chest wig and `tache-bellow the waist -I shall be wearing the ladies.
Any cheesy porn track from the 70`s -should add to the ambience with voiced over porn dialogue-
" that`s it you big cocked bastard -fuck me hard-treat me dirty you fucker"
"mmmmmmhhh-yes I like that- nooo don`t stop -I`m cumming"
