I agree that Powers gets too little credit for his dress. He does a better job of making white tie look smashing than just about anyone - Astaire included. In fact, I think the way Astaire's dress coats fit him are a bit of a disaster.

Extraordinarily well dressed man, I think he get overlooked today since the youngins only know Cary Grant, Cary Grant, and oh yes Cary Grant. I am looking forward to more photos and I think I may have a few myself to add.
Flusser of course loves Tyrone Power...possibly because they look alike?
