Mike - Will you be our furry mascot?
I have an interest in such a forum.
Inner circle, outer circle, whatever. Count me in. Actually, the wife says I'm best suited for the fourth circle.
I'll be with you as soon as I get just one more truly Trad "What Are You Wearing?" outfits on the board (and blog) first. Pure GTH and not a bit of Ivy.
You are very welcome, Sir.
No reason why we can't redeem elements of GTH and even aspects of Trad in what I'm proposing...
Only we'd showcase GTH as the subtle thing it's meant to be (Remember Joe Tradly's post on this on AAAT earlier this year?) and we'd show the Trad 'curriculum' in its broader context.
I'm really keen to work with the Trad blogs and to compliment them. The Trad bloggers really showed the way IMO & proved that Traditional American style could be something deeper and more interesting than AAAT.
I'm hoping that my Traditional American style idea will have a knock-on effect on AAAT too. The more people's eyes are opened the better their choices will become (In theory).
Win/win all round.

Maybe one (or more) of the beauties on the "Just because" thread could nurse me back to proper mental health as i've been brainwashed since '04?
Looking forward to a refreshingly candid forum on Ivy...

An interesting concept. Sartorial Masons - What about calling it "The Ivy Lodge"! Call it what you will. I'm in.
It should be a group of individuals with common interests, but not costume wearing clones.
