Re: What have you Brought today?

Bought some Santoni fatte a mano (tan sock) shoos today. They're all right mate. ltalian style captoe oxfords.  l might post some shoo-damage later if l can.

l was really pissed that l couldn't get the light tan pair as well. lt was a more of an English style captoe. Some bugger bought it before l could go back and snag it. l thought to myself....`how dare these people take my shoos' . l wanted there blood. l wanted to meet the bloke and tell him how much he sucked!

Re: What have you Brought today?

lt was a lucky day today.

Just happened to drop by a special shoo shop on the way to a friends. Was absolutely amazed to find out that Trickers were 85% off the usual price. l hardly ever get stuiff on discount, yet l did today. l'm rapt. lnternational trade breakdowns caused massive discounts (that's all i'm saying). The Trickers was the tan mock toe that l bought 6 months ago. l've only worn the first pair for 6 hours.....i'll probably give it to a friend (l always offer to buy Trickers and Church's for my dad, but he always tells me to "go to the shithouse. l'm interested in that old fashioned shit".

A friend gave me a luxury silk/wool fully canvassed sportscoat (Chester Barry for Burberry), back when Burberry had good clothes. After $500 of tailoring by one of the worlds best tailors, it will look immaculate.

Tramezza wholecuts.

Bunch of ties, including a beautiful wool number made by... Church's?  Never seen a Church's tie before, but sure enough, Neiman Marcus had dozens in some very nice colors and patterns.

Also a Borrelli tie, wool, amazing color.  Will post pictures here later, as its pure poetry.

Pair of Brioni odd trousers in a brown wool flannel for the impending winter.

Re: What have you Brought today?

l like the wholecuts. l think the narrow square toe always goes best with wholecuts.

Re: What have you Brought today?

Another pair of Tramezza, in cordovan (color, not shell)

On a whim, and looking for an alternative to the Brooks Brothers slim fit OCBD in non non-iron cotton, I tried on a Black Fleece.  I ended up leaving with one in every color and pattern they had in stock.  These are an amazing OTR shirt that fit me perfectly.  I highly recommend them.

Just bought a lot of things off of the Duchamp website; ties, pocket squares, socks. Their stuff is excellent and 50% off is hard to miss
